Darrel is co founder of Rufus Leonard and director of Information architecture, he takes responsibility for day to day planning, quality control and resourcing for information architecture and user testing. He has over 20 years experience in the design industry, covering brand, information design and digital communications. His current clients include; Canary Wharf, Office of Government Commerce, British Gas, COI and Apax.

Will has more than 20 years' commercial experience. He qualified as a chartered accountant and moved into the marketing services sector with the global design business the Michael Peters Group. He has subsequently worked in design, advertising, direct marketing businesses in financial, commercial and general management roles. He is ultimately responsible for the delivery of our business objectives.
He is responsible for the day-to-day commercial, financial, legal and stakeholder management of Rufus Leonard. He has specific line management for all aspects of internal business support (finance, human resources, facilities and IT infrastructure).

Ali has over 10 years of experience in project management. After an early career in television production Ali joined Rufus Leonard in 1999. Since then she has been responsible for delivering web development and design projects for clients including the Environment Agency, AXA, Rolls Royce, Credit Suisse Asset Management and Accenture. She currently heads up the project management resource at Rufus Leonard and is an accredited PRINCE2 practitioner.

Lucy joined Rufus thirteen years ago, originally as a Project Manager, however the last 8 years has seen her career at Rufus develop into our Internal Support team, and she now heads up the Human Resources and Facilities function.
She has a broad range of experience and has developed, implemented, and managed organizational design, leadership development, performance management, and internal training strategies, policies and guidelines for both our offices to support corporate strategy, vision, and objectives. She’s also responsible for the well-being, development and support for all our staff.

Pearse has over 16 years experience in marketing services starting professional life in market research and the last 12 years as a brand strategist and planner working across many different sectors on an international and global level. As Strategy and Planning Director, Pearse leads a team of planners and researchers while being ultimately responsible for all strategic output.
